Who they are
Felian Creations brand merchandise for Kenyan businesses and events: mugs, apparel, banners, bottles, bags and awards, printed to order from KES 120 a piece.
What they needed
Two kinds of buyer, one site. Somebody wants six branded mugs and will pay today; somebody else wants four hundred for a conference and needs a quote first. Both had to be served without the catalogue turning into a PDF nobody opens.
What we built
- A browsable catalogue by category
- Cart and checkout for small orders
- A quote request on every product for bulk and corporate work
- WhatsApp enquiries for buyers who want to talk first
- Prices on the page, so nobody has to ask
- Customer testimonials beside the products
How it helps the business
The catalogue does the explaining and the quote form catches the big orders, so the team spend their time pricing real jobs instead of sending photographs of mugs one at a time.
