Questions people ask first

How much will my site cost?
Every package above starts at a fixed price, and that price is what you pay unless you ask for work beyond what is listed. After our first call you get a one-page plan with the pages, the features and the final cost, before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks for a starter site, four to six for a business site, six to eight for an online store. The clock starts when we have your content and your approval on the design.
Do I need to write the content?
You know your business, so we start from what you give us, then we edit it into shape. On the Business and Store packages, writing help for each page is included.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Every site is handed over with a short training session, and the pages you will want to change most often are built so you can change them without touching code.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and your business details, and the code is yours. If you ever decide to work with somebody else, everything leaves with you.
What are the ongoing costs?
A domain and hosting have to be paid yearly whoever builds your site. Our care plan bundles those with updates, backups and monthly edits so it is one predictable payment instead of several surprises.
What if I already have a website?
Then we start by telling you honestly whether it needs rebuilding or just fixing. Sometimes the cheaper answer is the right one, and we will say so.
Do you work with businesses outside Nairobi?
Yes. Most of the work happens over calls and WhatsApp, so where you are does not change the price or the timeline.
