What we do with your information.
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on the contact page, or message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you chose to send: your name, your business name, what you are looking for, a budget range, and your message. We do not collect anything else, and the site does not ask you to create an account.
Why we have it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. That is the only reason.
Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the people here working on your enquiry. We do not sell or rent contact details. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, that message also sits with whoever provides that service, under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted when they are clearly no longer live. For clients, we keep what we need for the work and for our records.
The previews on our work pages
Our work pages may show live previews of websites we built. Where they do, your browser loads those sites directly, and they may set their own cookies, exactly as if you had visited them. We do not control what those sites collect.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@yourstudio.co.ke and we will deal with it.

If this page changes we will update it here. It was last reviewed when the site was published.
